Step 1: A good conversation

Directors and managers who opt for a new or sharper course face special challenges. Compazz has respect and understanding for this and initially functions as a discussion and sparring partner to jointly inventory and test choices, policy, objectives and vision. Experience has shown that the most logical next steps emerge in these confidential conversations.

Step 2: A pragmatic Action Plan

The aim of Step 1 is that there is no ambiguity about the desired dot on the horizon, in the short or long term. This dot is decisive for the Action Plan, in which the strategic route to the end station is mapped out: when, how and with whom. In the past fifteen years, Compazz has built up an exclusive network of organizations and individuals that cover all (sub) areas in order to successfully initiate the transition.
